Sign in, forward the invitation, finish and submit.
Answering is always free. Use the link in the invitation email; it works for 14 days. If the right person is a colleague, forward it to them. You can set a password or sign in with an emailed one-time link, and invite teammates onto the same account. You only see your own assessments. When every question is answered, choose Submit for review. In later rounds, answers start from your last ones and you only confirm what changed.
